Refund policy
EXCHANGES/REFUNDS.
Shirts: You may return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective shirt by mail. Returns must be made within 30 days of the order shipment date to be issued a partial refund to the original form of payment (a $12 restock fee will be deducted from your refund). If there was a mistake with your order on our part, you WILL NOT be charged the restock fee.
Jackets: Non-refundable unless authorized by the owners. This is because most jackets are made-to-order. In some cases, we may offer a store credit (evaluated on a case-by-case basis).
Swim: All swim pieces are final sale/non-refundable. Check sizing chart before purchasing. You may also come to our showroom to try on pieces.
Sale/Promo items: All sale items and purchases made with discount codes are non-refundable.
Pins: All pin orders are non-refundable. If you were sent the wrong pin by mistake on our part, we will correct the order at no additional charge to you. Pins that are included on jackets are not refundable or exchangeable. Promotional or gifted pins are not exchangeable or refundable.
You are responsible for shipping fees for return items or exchanges.
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
